IP09PK is a point-to-point 800m (2,624ft) Long-Range PoE Extender that uses a single ethernet cable (CAT5e, CAT6, CAT7) to transmit PoE signals. IP09P supports IEEE 802.3 at, 802.3 af, 802.3 bt standard and provides up to 90W of power for a remote PoE device, which is ideal for a professional CCTV system to connect a remote PoE camera to a PoE switch in a plug-and-play installation.

PoE Extending Solution for CCTV Systems

IP09 series can extend the PoE over CAT5e distance for up to 800m (2,624ft) with the highest 100Mbps bandwidth and 120W power. There are different models, including PoE extenders, IP extenders, and 4-port PoE extender switches to satisfy your different extension needs. You can connect your point-to-point devices with IP09PT/R, use a 4-port PoE extender to connect several remote devices, or combine these models for needs in different scenarios.

High Compatibility with PoE Standards

  • The IP09PT/R PoE extender supports the IEEE 802.3bt standard, enabling a single PoE camera to transmit signals up to 800m (2,624ft).

  • The 4-port PoE extender IP09PH complies with IEEE 802.3at, delivering sufficient power for up to four PoE cameras.

 

 

Customizable Power Supply Options

You can also combine different IP09 series models at TX and RX to build a custom PoE extension system. Please refer to the below table for the combination of different TX (IP09PT/IP09PH) and RX (IP09PR/IP09) and their performance. Power can be sent from either RX or an Ethernet/PoE switch.


Based on your project requirement, you can choose a preferable way to provide power for PDs.

 

Use Case Examples

The power supply source can be from IP09PT, the PoE switch, or IP09PR. If you supply power at TX or RX, you can use a non-PoE switch to connect your devices, which is ideal for an outdoor, long-range CCTV system.

  • Point-to-point PoE extension: Choose IP09PT and IP09PR for extending signals from a remote camera.

  • Multi-camera setup: Use IP09PH and IP09PR to connect and power up to four PoE cameras over an Ethernet cable, saving installation time and cost.

  • Long-distance, high-power transmission: Combine IP09PH/IP09PT with IP09 for reliable, high-bandwidth connections.
