Has my order shipped?
You will receive a notificaion email with the UPS tracking number once your order has shipped. Click the account icon at the top right hand side of our site to check the orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
To make changes to an order that's already been placed, please contact us via email or click the "Chat with us" button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen to use our live chat feature.
How do I track my order?

When will my backorder arrive?
Any backordered items will ship as soon as they are available. How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. UPS shipping costs are calculated based on weight, ship-to address, and prevailing UPS rates. We also offer weight-based discount flat rates for UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air as a courtesy.
When will my order ship?
In-stock items will ship the same day for all orders received before 3:00 PM EST/EDT. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will ship the next business day. Out-of-stock items can be back-ordered and lead times will vary by product. For items placed on back-order, Customers will be notified within 24 to 48 hours of anticipated lead-time and given the opportunity to reconsider their order at that time. Netsys reserves the right to ship all orders using its preferred carrier at a comparable level of service.

With the Netsys 45-Day No Hassle Return Policy, customers can purchase our products with confidence and if not satisfied, return them to us for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 45 days for purchases up to $500 US Dollars.

International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
We ship all international orders via UPS. If you are outside the United States, please contact us via email or call us at 1-877-638-7971 to place your order. For some regions, we will forward your info to the SC&T home office in Taiwan. They will help connect you with an authorized distributor in your region.
What are my payment choices?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Meta Pay, and Google Pay.

Any customs charges including duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer or their designated representative.
