As of January 1st, 2014, all Netsys Products come standard with a two-year mail-in warranty. Damaged and modified products as well as products damaged by surges or other environmental causes are excluded from warranty coverage.

Orders over $500 USD or custom orders may be excluded from our return policy or may be subject to a restocking fee.
